Blessed be The LORD my Rock (Adonai Tzuri), Who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
I praise You God, Father of our LORD Jesus (Adonai Yeshua)! Your great mercy has caused me to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Your Son.
I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
I come to You with thanksgiving, and with praise! I bless Your name!
