LORD (Adonai), You are my Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. You are The LORD (Adonai) my God Who teaches me to profit. Lead me in the way that I should go.
Help me to remember You LORD (Adonai), my God. It is You that gives me the power to get wealth.
May I honor You with my substance and with the firstfruits of all my income. If I do this, You will fill my barns with plenty and my presses will burst with new wine.
LORD (Adonai), Help me to listen and fulfill Your instructions that I may prosper.
I will give my tithes and offerings as You have instructed me to do. LORD of Host (Adonai Tsevaot), You said to prove You now in this. You will open the windows of heaven and pour me out a blessing that there will not be enough room to receive it.
Enable me to always seek Your kingdom first and Your righteousness. For You will add all the things I need.
I will commit my work to You. Please grant me a favor and bless the work of my hands.
Help me to listen diligently to Your voice, to observe all Your commandments so You will set me high above all the ungodly. Remind me that You will bless me, if I listen to Your voice.
And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee. Deuteronomy 28:11

What is prayer? To me, it is knocking on heaven’s door, to appear before the throne of the Almighty to worship and to humble myself before Him.
People are always asking me to pray for them or their loved ones. How many of you know of somebody who has cancer? Do you know of anybody looking for a job? Do you know people who are depressed, anxious or lonely? There are illnesses, deaths, accidents, emotional, psychological and spiritual struggles. How about financial bondage? The lists go on and on. Everybody is in some kind of trouble!
I started researching and compiling verses that were applicable in all types of situation. Every prayer request that I received became my project.
All these concerns and experiences led to the writing of the book, “My Prayer Coach- A Personal Prayer Guide.” The cover was from the picture of the wailing wall that I took when I went to Israel in 2012.
If and when you pray, do you have a feeling of satisfaction that your prayers were heard? Do you even know to pray? How about when you are facing insurmountable odds?
You should really have this book. This is your prayer coach. It will teach you how to pray. This is an indispensable tool! Prayer is the foundation of every success and survival.

If you have peace then you will be happy. If you are happy then you will be healthy. If you are healthy then you will be productive. If you have all these, then you are most likely to fulfill the purpose of God in your life. You have to remember that it all begins with peace. If there is no peace, I doubt that you will be happy or healthy. Your medication list will be long and you will be so busy pursuing the things you think will make you happy.
How do you attain peace?
John 16:33 – These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. (KJV)
This verse tells us that we can have peace through our LORD Jesus (Yeshua). This is where we all need to begin our quest. He is the source of peace. If we are far from Him, then it is self-explanatory. If we are far from the springs of living water then it is understandable that we will not be able to drink. Now, we may be near the spring or own the spring, but if we don’t drink the water, we will NOT get the benefits.
Our lives are so busy these days. Our time is occupied by work and electronic gadgets. So many concerns to think about: our dreams, our children, our health, our finances and the lists goes on. It is out of control! Some of us became zombies and some are caught in the wheel of misfortunes.
To pray is to connect to the source of peace. He is the Springs of Living Water.
The LORD will always lead you, satisfy you in a parched land, and strengthen your bones. You will be like a watered garden and like a spring whose waters never run dry. Isaiah 58:11 HCSB

LORD God (Adonai Elohim), You have made us one flesh. Help us to submit ourselves to one another. Enable us to behave wisely in a perfect way. O when will You come to us? We will walk within our house with a perfect heart.
Let me and my spouse be of one mind, having compassion for one another. Help us to have love, mercy and courtesy. Help us not to render evil for evil or complain to each other but instead, help us to bless each other.
For we know that’s what we need to do to inherit a blessing. If we love life and want to see good days, let our tongue refrain from evil. Keep our lips from deceptive speech. Help us to be good, to seek peace and maintain it.
LORD (Adonai) You are faithful. Please establish us and keep us from corruption. Remove from us, all bitterness, wrath, anger, screaming, and evil speech including malice. Remove any controlling or critical spirit from us in The Name of Jesus (Yeshua). Help us to resist the enemy. Give us courage so we will be able to do what is right.
Help us to be kind to each other and enable us to forgive. Place a hedge of protection around our family. Cover us all with the love and the blood of The Lamb.
LORD (Adonai), You are great and marvelous! You alone are God.
In Jesus’ Name (B’Shem Yeshua). Amen.

Fill (name) with Your love so he can sing for joy as long as he is alive. Help him to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul. Enable him to present his body as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God as a spiritual service.
LORD (Adonai), please answer him in times of distress. May the God of Jacob (Ya’akov) protect him, send him help from the sanctuary, and strengthen him from Zion (Tziyon).
Please grant him his heart’s desire and bring all his plans to success. Protect him from the spirit of fear and oppression. Remove any evil spirit that is trying to control him. Let The Holy Spirit be his guide. Cover him with the love and the blood of The Lamb.
LORD (Adonai), open his lips that he may declare Your praise.
As the apple tree among the trees of the wood so is my beloved among the sons. I will sit down under his shadow with great delight, for his fruit is sweet to my taste.
Thank You LORD (Adonai) for giving me a husband.
In Jesus’ Name (B’Shem Yeshua). Amen.

Sample prayer for your wife:
LORD (Adonai), thank You for the favor You granted me. You have given me (name) and it is a good thing.
May (name) be honorable and honest in her ways for her price is far above rubies. Keep my heart safe in trusting her. I know that I have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
Enable (name) to be good to me and not evil all the days of her life. Help (name) to have the energy needed for the work that she does with her willing hands.
Thank You LORD (Adonai), You have given me a helper fit for me. Help me to love her as The Messiah does.
Let me be happy and rejoice in the wife of my youth. Let her breasts and tender embrace satisfy me. Let her love alone fill me with delight. Give me understanding when dealing with her, to honor her as a weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life so You will hear my prayers.
She is a rose of Sharon, a lily of the valleys. As a lily among thorns so is my love among the daughters. Let me always see her face and hear her voice for her voice is sweet and her face is lovely.
In Jesus’ Name (B’Shem Yeshua). Amen.

World War II had just begun in 1941. The news of the Japanese Army invading the country had reached the little town of Marbel, a settlement in the province of Cotabato, South of the Philippines, where my mother, Digna Doctolero lived with her grandparents and Aunts.
She was 11 years old. Her parents and seven siblings lived in another island 500 miles away. She was only seven when she left them.
They lived on a farm in the country amidst rice fields and tropical forest in the distance. Her aunts were dressmakers, and they would always make pretty dresses for her. Farm life appeared picture perfect oblivious to the fact that trouble loomed just beyond the horizon.
However, on that particular day, the family were busy preparing for evacuation. They cooked and placed a few needed items into a small bundle they could carry along. They cut-off the cone from their high-heeled shoes so they can run faster. Tennis shoes were not invented yet or maybe they just did not have them.
Nighttime fell, and as they were getting ready for bed, they heard a huge explosion. They saw a bright light in the sky in the center of town. They heard somebody pounding on the door and yelling, “The Japanese are coming, they are in Dadiangas! (another town)”
Everybody then grabbed their bundles and shoes, and they ran to the nearby forest. They stayed there all night. In the morning, they were hungry, so they decided to return to the house thinking that the Japanese army would just remain in town. As they were eating, they saw their neighbor ran toward the house and yelled, “The Japanese are here! You better go back to the forest and hide!”
They all went back to the forest, then a Filipino soldier called out Grandpa’s name and told them,
“You and your family need to go to the Barrio Captain’s house. They will kill those who don’t obey.”
People from all over the community assembled at the Barrio Captain’s house. Japanese soldiers surrounded it. People knelt on the ground as they arrived. Since my mother Digna was only 11 years old, she was walked slower than the rest of her family. They had already picked a spot and knelt. As she approached them, a Japanese soldier aimed his bayonet at her, sending a burst of prayer by her family up unto the heavens quickly.
Suddenly, an enormous white dog appeared and jumped on the soldier. He was knocked down to the ground. At that moment, my Mother ran toward her family and knelt with them.
Meanwhile, the soldier struggled with the dog. Two soldiers came to help, but they could not overcome her canine rescuer. Finally, five soldiers wrestled with one dog. Another soldier saw the helpless situation and shot the unnamed deliverer.
Everyone was terrified by the shout of the gunshot but hearts full of gratitude and surprise. There was a pervading sense of calmness among the people. They had just witnessed an incredible display of divine intervention.
They never found out who dog, belonged to. Nobody claimed to have seen the dog before. A big white dog saved my mother’s life. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here to write this.
Shortly after the incident, they were all taken to an American settlement of about a 100,000 people. The American government gave them protection during the war.

My mother grew up, became a teacher, married my Dad, and had five children. She died of breast cancer at the age of 52 in 1982. Her mission accomplished.
